READY TO PARTY?

We have two great locations for you to rent and host your next private event -- The Old Mine and The Handlebar Factory. Every party is unique so see the info below to start the conversation. Please reach out to us to book your exciting event AT LEAST two-weeks prior so we can staff, plan accordingly, and have plenty of time to confirm dates, details, pricing, etc.

The Old Mine - THE COMMUNITY ROOM

Parties up to 49 people 

RENTAL – The Community Room is available for rental with only a food and beverage order minimum.

The room rental fee is a 10% deposit due up front that goes towards the minimum food and beverage order during the event. The ability to cancel with a full refund of the deposit is 72 hours prior to the scheduled event.

 

FOOD AND BEVERAGE MINIMUM – The food and beverage minimum goes towards the products and services provided at time of the event. The minimum can be met through a group tab or through individual tabs. Drink Tickets/Food Voucher options are available. Gratuity is not included in the food and beverage minimums, please tip your wait staff.  **If the food and beverage minimum is not met at the time of the event the remainder can be made up in to-go cider, merchandise, and/or to-go food (depending on kitchen close time).** 

 

TIMES - Day Bookings: Open until 5pm, Evening Bookings: 5pm until Close.

$150 Room Rental Fee TOWARDS $1500 Minimum Food and Beverage (not including gratuity)

Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 

$100 Room Rental Fee TOWARDS $1000 Minimum Food and Beverage (not including gratuity)

Friday/Saturday/Sunday 

$150 Room Rental Fee TOWARDS $1500 Minimum Food and Beverage (not including gratuity)

*** EXAMPLE OF COMMUNITY ROOM RENTAL SCENARIO ***
Rent Community Room on a Thursday Evening from 5pm-Close
Room Rental Fee of $100 paid to reserve space by party host

• Scenario 1: Night of party, guests purchase $1000 of food/beverage plus Gratuity 
$1100 (actual) = $1000 minimum reached. Good to go.
• Scenario 2: Night of party, guests purchase $500 of food/beverage plus Gratuity
$600 (actual) - $1000 (minimum) = $400 remaining to party host… party host purchases $400 in cases of cider, tee shirts, and schwag as gifts for friends and is declared “friend of the year”

 

 

The Old Mine - THE WHOLE RESTAURANT

(Tap Room, Community Room, Back Patio)

Parties up to 122 people 

RENTAL – The Whole Restaurant is available for rental with only a food and beverage order minimum.

The room rental fee is a 20% deposit due up front that goes towards the minimum food and beverage order during the event. The ability to cancel with a full refund of the deposit is 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event.

 

FOOD AND BEVERAGE MINIMUM – The food and beverage minimum goes towards the products and services provided at time of the event. The minimum can be met through a group tab or through individual tabs. Drink Tickets/Food Voucher options are available. Gratuity is not included in the food and beverage minimums, please tip your wait staff.  **If the food and beverage minimum is not met at the time of the event the remainder can be made up in to-go cider, merchandise, and/or to-go food (depending on kitchen close time).**

• Scenario 1: Night of party, guests purchase $3500 of food/beverage plus Gratuity
$4300 (actual) = $4000 minimum reached. Good to go.
• Scenario 2: Night of party, guests purchase $2800 of food/beverage plus Gratuity
$3600 (actual) - $4000 (minimum) = $400 charged to party
host… party host purchases $400 in cases of cider, tee shirts, and schwag as gifts for friends and is declared “friend of the year”

The Handlebar Factory - TAP ROOM & PATIO

Parties up to 40 people 

RENTAL – The Handlebar Factory is available for rental with only a food and beverage order minimum.

The room rental fee is a 20% deposit due up front that goes towards the minimum food and beverage order during the event. The ability to cancel with a full refund of the deposit is 1 week prior to the scheduled event.

 

FOOD AND BEVERAGE MINIMUM – The food and beverage minimum goes towards the products and services provided at time of the event. The minimum can be met through a group tab or through individual tabs. Drink Tickets/Food Voucher options are available and for larger parties we can discuss Party Size offerings made by The Old Mine. Gratuity is not included in the food and beverage minimums, please tip your wait staff.  **If the food and beverage minimum is not met at the time of the event the remainder can be made up in to-go cider, merchandise, etc.**

• Scenario 2: Night of party, guests purchase $500 of food/beverage plus Gratuity
